We’re a campaigning company and use our voices to stand up for the causes that mean the most to us. We've donated millions of dollars to hundreds of organizations at home and abroad through our Charity Pot program. We actively speak out against animal testing while supporting the development of alternatives with the annual Lush Prize, and are helping to fund sustainable permaculture projects across the globe.
Charitable giving is at the heart of our business, and we provide opportunities for all employees to experience it firsthand. Every staff member gets paid hours to participate in charity events like a local beach cleanup, and we offer international employee volunteer trips each year to destinations like Tanzania, Mexico and Cambodia.
