Lord Of Misrule

It has been my favorite scent since it was released! When I was it was leaving soon I nearly cried internally. I ordered the biggest one they had. It will forever be my favorite. It will be hard to find a new one I like so much.

I tried this scent for the first time in the form of the shower gel yesterday and was surprised and delighted to find it is strongly reminiscent of my original favorite but long discontinued Porridge soap Lush used to have! I was immediately transported back to summer of 2010 the first time I walked past a Lush store, was drawn in by the intoxicating fragrance, bought some Porridge soap, and began a decade-long Lush addiction. I was devastated when they discontinued my favorite scent but thrilled it is now back in my life in the form of Lord of Misrule! I'll admit I was initially a little alarmed by the vivid green color, but it rinsed off easily and didn't stain my skin or shower. I'm betting my son will appreciate its bright green color as much as I appreciate the nostalgic scent. I'm so glad I tried this!

Such a sweet earthy scent. This body wash is my 4:30am wake up scent and it is a great sensory overload fist thing in the morning!

My absolute favorite scent and favorite shower gel to buy regularly because it actually lingers on you. I thought it was here to stay which I'm kind of upset it's now going away. More reasons I am unfortunately falling out of love with lush. Why not take away one of the OG's for once that I never even buy?

Sometimes when you try and try again... you still fail. I hate to say it, but this is honestly just not a good scent. It's like if you got a sickly sweet old woman's vanilla based perfume and doused it on someone who uses natural deodorant that just doesn't quite work... Overall it just does not sit right with my nose, although I know it is a cult classic. Hate to say that I hate it, but my unused 8.4 oz is just staring at me laughing. Try the perfume first, then see if you dare to try the lord of misrule.

This smells like a Lush store to me. It's that perfect mix of earthy and sweet. Doesn't dry out your skin. Very sad it's going away, I just bought a big bottle. Please bring this back Lush!!!

I give the scent a 5/5, absolutely love it. But due to where Im at I only buy instore otherwise Id never see my package. Would have bought frequently if it was INSTORE.

This shower gel is amazing! the scent stays on your skin for hours after the shower and smells amazing! im sad to see is leaving soon..... i thought it was "here to stay". oh well, it leaving encouraged me to spend a lot of money on the largest container and i have no regrets.... thats probably exacly what they wanted to happen with this and im totally fine with that. this is the best scent EVER!!!!!!!!!!

This was a gift from a friend. I do admit to being shocked by the colour, and concerned about getting it out of my lovely white and cream flannels and sponges, but it does dissappear, and leaves the most intoxicating scent. That scent remained in the shower for a week (I mostly have baths). Now I'm hooked. 5 hours after my shower, the scent is still very noticeable on my skin as I sit typing this. Highly recommend (just don't worry about the colour :) )

It's a great shower gel. It's a fun color but doesn't stain, at least I've never had any issues with it staining my skin or any part of the shower. The smell is fresh and fragant, reminiscent of spices and vanilla. Almost a mint chai.
