Smuggler's Soul

Purchased this on a whim bc it was on sale and I don't regret it at all! It smells similar to the Groovy Kind Of Love bath bomb! Leaves a really nice clean not too citrusy scent on the skin that isn't too overwhelming. I'm a huuuuuuge fan.

This smells very damp and green to me, and definitely with whiffs of cigarette smoke. 10/10

This scent is pretty awful, reminiscent of Vick's vapor rub. I'm pretty annoyed that it's nothing like the scent described and that I will have to pay to return it (they don't even pick up shipping costs!) Disappointing.

The scent itself is a lot more... wood-like? than the smuggler's soul face cream from a while back. I really like that cream so so much, and when I saw there was a solid perfume for it I was hoping for the same experience. However, I still like it! I tend to leave my finger on the pot and warm the first layer to really get a good amount. Otherwise, I find that the scent does not stay. I don't see a green smudge like some of the other reviewers do!

I am utterly in love with this scent. It smells like witchfire and magic and I wish there were more LUSH products with this scent profile. I could swim in this stuff! Overly floral scents tend to give me a headache so this is right up my alley. Earthy, natural, & fresh. LOVE! Make more products with this scent, please LUSH! (Oh, and it did not tint my skin green as some other users have stated)

First of all, I adore this scent. With warm notes of sandalwood, teak, lemongrass, this is the perfect plush, woody fragrance. Very sexy. However, I am so disappointed that it has this unfortunate green pigment! I have very pale skin and it leaves a faint sickly green cast wherever I apply it. I also agree with other reviewers that report little staying power. I love this scent so much, please Lush, do better!

So far, this is my favorite scent of anything Lush I have bought. It's ... just amazing. I'm a huge lover of musky earthy scents (bergamot, patchouli, sandalwood, sage, vetiver) that "feel" warm and this delivers. I don't think it smells anything like citronella (as another reviewer mentioned). It's pure sandalwood sweetened by the lemongrass. This scent is a great one for neutrality as it would be equally at home on any person which is part of what I love in a scent. All of this said, I'm not a stranger to solid perfumes and found this to be really disappointing. I can liberally apply it at nape, wrist, tum and ankles and by the time I've left my bathroom and walked down my stairs it's hardly detectable. Within 15 minutes the scent is entirely gone. I've ever tried to touch some into my hair (which holds scents) without result. Solid perfumes usually offer a punch and staying power whereas this one vanishes extremely quickly. For that reason I would not recommend this purchase. I'd be interested in trying the actual perfume but worry I'll be left with a scent I love that doesn't deliver.

Bought this for my Husband, and I love it on him. I think it is a strong scent that honestly reminds me a bit of citronella, however, as the scent wears for a while the sandalwood begins to pop. A sort of musky, woodsy sort of scent. Brings me memories of camping and the outdoors. Plus the small jar of the perfume is potent for its little size and the jar lasts for a long period of time. It will last for quite a while.

Wonderful scent. Disappointed it didn't last as long as I wanted it to. Still great!
