Gin & Tonic

When you first bite into it all you can taste is the malic acid and it makes your entire face scrunch up. But the after taste is so lovely it gains back some points. If it didn't have the malic acid in it I think the piney flavour of the juniper and the subtle coolness of the mint would make it taste much better

flavor is spot on - it really tastes like a gin & tonic! the texture takes some getting used to, especially if your mouth is already a bit dry after using a toothpaste tab. If you resist the urge to place the tab on the middle of the tongue and put in between your teeth instead that will eliminate some of the chalky feeling. I do wish they would use less artificial coloring. While it looks cool in the bottle, the bright color just seems unnecessary to me I don't particularly want to stain my teeth after having just brushed them. I also wish lush would upgrade their packaging to refillable glass bottles instead. It's still a great alternative to traditional mouthwash and pairs especially well with seasonal toothpaste flavors.

So it does what it says on the tin. If you like Gin and Tonics (I do) I expect you'll love this. It's so fun. Makes my mouth feel fresh and is weird and delicious. It's sort of strange to feel like I'm brushing with a mix drink but I am here for it. < 3 Got this as a sample in my online order from the hardworking sweeties at Lush and will definitely be buying this for me and maybe a couple friends.
