These chips are melted and go through a fine spinneret, which extrudes the plastic into yarn. The fabric is then printed using a heat transfer method which uses a lot less water compared to screen printing. Once printed this is sent to be cut, sewn and finished in Hefei, China. Reuse for a Lush environment.
