South Florida Smash HLS

South Florida Smash HLS was founded in 2010 as part of the international campaign to shut down Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS), one of the world's largest animal testing laboratories. Smash HLS campaigns against companies in Florida that import and breed monkeys for use in research and testing. The trade in monkeys causes intolerable cruelty, and Florida plays an important role in this global industry. We believe that animals deserve to live free from human-inflicted suffering, confinement and abuse. Help us fight for animals imprisoned inside laboratories. How we helped

We are extremely excited about our new partnership with LUSH! The donation will be used to fund our campaign against Worldwide Primates, one of the world's most notorious monkey suppliers. Smash HLS organizers and participants have always taken a strategic, results-oriented approach to activism. But as a volunteer grassroots group, affording campaign materials (signs, leaflets, megaphone batteries, etc) is a constant struggle. Now we can focus more on the struggle for animal liberation!
