Roots to Harvest

Roots to Harvest is a grassroots organization providing transformative employment and educational opportunities to youth in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Through meaningful employment in local agriculture and engagement, young people become valued and productive members of the community, working towards building sustainable livelihoods by developing important assets. We have a vision of a future where youth are leaders, connecting a diverse community and cultivating food that's healthy and accessible.

How we helped

Charity Pot’s donation will help us develop a new urban agriculture site in Thunder Bay, focused on building employment capacity and sustainable livelihoods for young people aged 18-30.
