How we helped

With support from Lush, Oil Change USA will support frontline communities and local groups working on climate and energy issues with a community resistance fund, and we will establish a rapid response media center to push back against oil, gas and coal industry propaganda. Our community resistance initiative will identify and work with pipeline fighters and activists, providing funding to local groups and individuals for actions targeting oil and gas infrastructure. Our rapid response center will respond to industry spin in the political debate and provide media support to the community resistance initiative. This media drumbeat and the development of a network of dedicated activists to combat industry propaganda is critical to making progress on energy and climate issues.
