Fraser Riverkeeper Society

Founded in 2007 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Fraser Riverkeeper is a charitable not-for-profit dedicated to empowering people to defend their natural right to safely swim, drink and fish in BC’s waters, with a special focus on the Fraser River and its watershed. Through collaborative efforts, public outreach, educational programming and the provision of innovative and accessible online tools, Fraser Riverkeeper is working to promote local water literacy and foster a growing community of water leaders along the Fraser River.

How we helped

Lush's contribution will be directed toward our efforts to reduce illegal dumping activity in the Fraser Valley through the organization of community cleanup events, the development of new and improved educational programming for Fraser Valley youth and collaborative action undertaken as a founding member of the Fraser Valley Illegal Dumping Alliance (FVIDA).
