Beagle Freedom Project

Beagle Freedom Project rescues dogs from laboratories and tells their stories to promote alternatives to animal testing and highlight the importance of a cruelty-free lifestyle. These dogs, almost always beagles, have never experienced freedom, safety or affection. BFP champions campaign policy initiatives based on these rescues to end animal testing.

How we helped

Funds from Charity Pot go towards BFP’s Legislative Action Campaign, including research and support materials. The campaign is addressed at mandating the release of both dogs and cats from the research laboratories that receive State or tax incentives, focusing on Michigan, North Carolina, Florida and California. Funds will also support the Identity Campaign, a viral video to educate the public about animal testing via rescued beagles.
