Lavender Flowers (Lavandula augustifolia)

Lavender Flowers (Lavandula augustifolia)

We use lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia) cultivated in Provence, France.

Lavender has strongly scented violet flowers in summer.

The flowers are picked as they begin to open and used fresh, distilled for oil, or dried for use in infusions, spirits, and tinctures.

We use the lavender flowers in our Angels On Bare Skin cleanser. They act as a natural exfoliant, scrubbing away dirt and dead skin, and add to the visual impact of the product in the roll.
