Q:how can you store it the best? I like to use it as one piece, and after I used it it was all fine but it was damping in my bathroom and when i came in later it was just dissolving.. so now it is in the front of my window to get it dry... has someone have tips for this?Asked on 10/12/2014 by suus from manchester UK
Keep the sugar scrub in a closed container if you can, this will help
protect it from dissolving. Too much water will just dissolve the scrub.Answered on 10/14/2014 by Anonymous
A:I personally keep it in an air tight container in little pieces and only take what you need for the shower so you can enjoy the most out of it!Answered on 10/14/2014 by Anonymous
Q:How long does it last?Asked on 2/12/2014 by molly kat from barstow, CA
A:Our sugar scrubs have a 14 month shelf life!Answered on 3/21/2014 by Kayla from LUSH DIRECT
Q:How often should you use it?Asked on 12/4/2013 by Vanessa from Sudbury, ON
A:The amount of times you use the Sugar Scrub is entirely up to you! Some use it once a week or a couple of times during the week. It can depend on the sensitivity of your skin and your skin type. I would try it a couple of times a week to see how your skin reacts and decide from there!Answered on 12/8/2013 by Anonymous
A:Hi Vanessa! It depends on your skin type and how sensitive it is. I would say once a week, although you could try every three to four days if you wanted.. I just would not recommend using it every day.

Q:The video instructions mention wetting the scrub itself, but the webpage warns not to do so; how should this scrub actually be used?Asked on 12/26/2011 by Anonymous
A:Do not wet the scrub itself, if you do so it will crumble, melt and fall apart. Instead, just use the scrub on wet skin, without putting it under the running water.Answered on 1/24/2015 by S. from Canada
A:There is no one right way to use a LUSH product, which is why the information can sometimes seem a bit conflicting! Generally with the sugar scrubs, I find that keeping it away from running water is best, as it helps it to last the longest. Instead, getting the skin nice and wet then scrubbing it on helps the bar work effectively and last as long as possible (although occasionally, getting one crumbly-wet and using it all at once is a very nice treat!).Answered on 1/31/2012 by Laura from LUSH
A:What works just fine for me is just wetting my skin right before I put it on. However, that does kind of make it tickle at first haha. Hope I could help!Answered on 2/15/2012 by lushnomz from Vancouver, BC
