If you're like me and have dry skin no matter what time of the year it is, this product is perfect for you. I use this day AND night, and it makes my skin feel supple and smooth all day. Combined with the cleanser and toner, it gives my skin a noticeable "luster", even in the -30 dry winter.
I notice a lot of people complaining about the smell but I personally love that organic earthly smell. I find it alluring.

I'd never before found a moisturiser that I only needed to apply once. Typically I would end up with dry spots that needed a wee bit more product but with Skin Drink, I put it on and my skin is soft, supple and moisturised and because my skin feels and looks better, my makeup looks better too.

I've been using this moisturizer for a year and a half now but will move on to one of the lighter moisturizers as my main issues with it is the fact that it has a brown tint to it (I'm assuming from the sesame) and forces me to use a concealer on top, as I have ivory skin. If I don't use a concealer, I have people asking me if I have a tan - which is fine, however my neck and chest are a full few tones lighter, which looks strange!

The smell you'll get over, I don't even notice it anymore. Does the job, but a definitely grease layer left over after application and acts like a concealer, giving your skin a darker tint (if you're ivory or cream skinned like I am)

I love this moisturizer because it's thick, my skin absorbs it and yet stays hydrated. I love the smell and the feel of it. I apply once in the morning and it lasts all day long. Highly recommended if you have normal to dry skin.

This is a great daily moisturizer for very dry skin. It is thick creamy and rich but not too too heavy. It drys fairly fast after application which is perfect for going to bed as it doesn't seep into your pillow. I think something lighters like celestial would definitly be better for the summer, but this is great for the winter.

This product was amazing! It instantly got rid of my dry flaky skin! No moisturizer seems to completely get rid of my dry skin in the winter but this is the one moisturizer that actually did! I know people complain about the smell but really you end up adjusting to it. The first time I smelt it it was horrible but you really do get used to it to the point when I really didn't care anymore. Overall it was an amazing product.

I am on accutane, so my face is very dry and flakey a lot of the time. It's hard for me to find a facial moisturizer because either my face is dry when I wake up in the morning, or it's disgustingly greasy from other moisturizers I've tried.

I've never bought anything from Lush before until just the other week when I purchased Eau de Roma toner and Skin Drink. I've used them both before bed time for the past week now and I love them. I wake up with a perfect face... not greasy or dry at all. I'm not sure why everyone says it smells so bad because I don't think it smells bad at all. I actually really like the smell of it and after putting it on it feels very silky. I rub it in very well. I love it a lot. I would definitely recommend this to someone with dry skin.

This cream is amazing at moisturizing. Yes, it is a bit on the heavy side (which is why I only use it at night), but when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels super soft and not dry at all.

The only downfall with this product is it does smell a bit weird (I'd almost say a bit fishy) which the sales rep attributed to the avocado in it, but it's definitely something that's not intolerable. And hey, if it works, who really cares?!

I have tried to used this for the past month or so. My skin tends to be oily, but with the winter, my face has gotten flaky. This was recommended by an employee of the store and it doesn't do anything! Worse then that, it even smells horrible as well! I will NOT be buying this again.

Surprising! I thought this was going to be way too greasy for my normal to dry skin when I got it as a sample. I have to say, I have been pleasantly surprised! It's very very moisturizing and yet never made me break out. I'll definitely get it when the winter comes back around!

I normally use celestial as my moisturizer. When I went in to pick some more up I was given a sample of skin drink. It smells so bad! When I tried it, I thought maybe the smell would disipate quickly, nope. I had to wash it off because I couldn't stand the smell. I'll be sticking to celestial for my sensitive, dry skin.

I was suggested Skin Drink by one of the girls instore as the skin on my face is prone to sensitivity. I already use LUSH cleansers and toners and LOVE the way they don't dry out my dry skin like other brand names did! So I only need to use a little Skin Drink each morning and evening and it lasts for the whole day, it really feels like my skin is getting a refreshing drink :) I love the cool feeling just after application, how it minimises the fine lines around my eyes that my dry skin accentuated before now and how long it lasts is awesome. I don't particularly like the smell but not enough to put me off and it's colour isn't so attractive either...

I bought this because my skin had become really dry with the seasons changing and I was really hoping that it would soothe my dry face. For the first day or two, I was really happy with it, it didn't smell the greatest but that was okay with me as long as it was fixing my problem. Unfortunately, around day three I broke out terribly. I immediately quit using the product and the breakouts stopped. I will be trying something a little less heavy next time.

This is my first foray into Lush moisturizer, and I picked up Skin Drink because it was the least expensive option. It moisturized my dry winter skin so deeply, but I found it to be too shiny to use in the morning. I have been using it only at night for two weeks and my skin looks and feels wonderful. A little goes a long way with this stuff, and it takes a some work to get it soaked into your skin. The smell reminds me of sunscreen, not awful but I'm not sniffing the jar in bliss either.



For oily skin and during the summer this may be too greasy. As my skin is combination I'll be checking out some of Lush's other offerings, but I'll probably pick up another tub of Skin Drink next Fall.

I got this after making the mistake of buying a big-name-competitor's moisture cream. Said compeitior's cream is LOADED with alcohol, which, over a 2-week period, slowly but surely dried out my face. Only the cheeks, though -- got the classic T-zone combination skin happening. Still, my cheeks got so tight that I needed to apply cream 4 times a day ... only further drying out my skin. Never again. Skin Drink is gentle enough on my T-zone, provided I apply it lightly and the skin is damp, and is really, really good to my cheeks and neck. I did not have visibly dry skin, but now I have back-to-normal-for-me skin. Perhaps even slightly improved for creamy softness skin. A great cream, but start out lightly. Too much _will_ feel greasy.

This product is great, although I feel it runs a little greasy. The only other complaint that I have on skin drink is that is smells really gross. When I first purchase, i debated over this and celestial. After using this I bought Celestial and stuck with it. Just cause it is just as moisturizing, but smells like vanilla ice cream. Which i rather have on than skin drink... Overall Skin drink is great if you don't mind the smell.

At my last Lush shopping spree I decided to pick up some facial moisturizer. Since being preggos and the seasons changing, I've been waking up to snowflakes of skin all over my face. Wanting something more natural I went on search to find a lush moisturizer.

The CSR was quite helpful and let me try Celestial and Skin Drink. I told her I had very very dry facial skin so she suggested Skin Drink. I went ahead and bought it (only cause I always have faith in Lush products haha) and she gave me samples of Celestial and Shangri La.



I'm glad I went with Skin Drink because it is definitely moisturizing. I tried the samples of the Celestial and Shangri La (both great moisturizers, and i love the smell of Celestial!) but did not have the full moisturizing power as Skin Drink. I definitely recommend this product ONLY if you have really REALLY dry facial skin like me. It does leave a bit of a greasy film for a few mins but if your face is dry as mine, its more of a pro than a con. The smell isn't the greatest so you gotta live with it.



I've also used this for my belly cream and works great!
