I found this bath bomb to be incredibly boring.

Yes, it has a nice smell but I like my bath bombs to have that certain... je ne sais quois. This could use a little extra something. Colour or a surprise inside? Anything to liven it up a little.

This was the second bath bomb that I've ever used from LUSH (after Twilight) and it was very dissapointing! Not at all what I was expecting for the price. It only lasted for 20 seconds when I dropped it in the water, it did not turn the water any sort of color like the other bath bombs, and the smell did not linger at all.

I will not be repurchasing this particular bath bomb.

After trying other bath bombs, this one was kind of boring. It doesn't change the color of the water (not even white), the nice smell was hardly noticable. This product would be good for someone who can't take strong smells but thats about it. The smell doesn't last too long on your body after your bath.

The Sakura Bath Bomb looked and smelled very nice when I got it. When I put it in the bath tub, it fizzed away very fast and I didn't get time to enjoy it. The smell didn't linger in the water or on my skin, but if you want a very simple bath than you might like it. I'm more of a bright and flashy bath kind of person.

I didn't find anything special about this bath bomb. It was a nice scent but nothing thrilling. I would just buy the scented body care and save my money for bath bombs that are more interesting or relaxing ...

Sakura has a very light and fresh scent that really lifted and relaxed my senses. I also enjoyed how the scent lingered in my bathroom for a few hours afterwards.

I was hoping the colors on the bath bomb would come out into the bath water however that didn't happen which disappointment me. The bath water was very bland looking. Also, the product left a sticky residue on my skin when it dried so I had to rinse off in the shower after my bath. It is for these reasons I would not buy this product again.

I would recommend this bath bomb to someone who doesn't like colorful bath bombs with flowers, sparkles etc. in it and enjoys subtlety.

Sakura was one of my very first LUSH products, many years ago - I picked one up a little while ago to see if it was as good as I remembered it to be, and it did not disappoint.

The thing I think a lot of people don't realize about the Sakura is that it's supposed to be a quiet, minimalistic thing; there aren't any flashy colours or dramatic fizz shows. There's just a lingering, beautiful jasmine and mimosa scent which - surprisingly for its lightness - you can smell on the water and later on, on your skin. It does have a rather nice skin-softening effect, although not as much as some other bombs I've used... also, be prepared to sweep sea salt out of your tub.

If you'd rather have more exciting baths, though, then I'd recommend buying one of these and just putting it on a shelf somewhere where people can see it - the pick-and-blue-flecked bomb is like a piece of art out of the water, and the smell really is quite lovely.

I used this bath bomb for one of those really epic, hour-long soaks at a hotel-resort, and was really happy with the result. I don't normally let my hair soak in the tub if I'm not washing it, (we have hard water) but in this case I wanted to see how this bomb would treat my hair. I soaked my hair for 5-10 minutes, then after I got out of the tub, showered and washed my hair as I normally would. My hair came out INCREDIBLY soft, and my skin felt amazing!



This kind of bath experience (the extremely long soak followed by a shower) is pretty atypical. I still think this would be just as effective for a much shorter bath experience.



I've seen others say that they were unimpressed with this bomb, that it's not colourful or exciting. I agree - this bomb is not going to give you a wild bath colour or shed glitter everywhere. If you're looking for lots of colour or a bold scent, try Dragon's Egg, Big Blue, or Sex Bomb.



Sakura is PERFECT for those of you who enjoy subtle scents, who don't want to have to worry about residue or colour staining your tub, or who don't want to wait ages for a bomb to release. This would make a great gift for someone who likes 'simple pleasures'.



Because this is so neutral, I could see it pairing really nicely with another bomb, or maybe a bubble bar?

I was not happy with this bath bomb. I was excited to use it as I LOVED the smell in the store, but once I dropped it in the bath..! Awful, smelled like fake chemical cherry. It dried my skin out. Will not purchase again.

This is my favorite bath bomb by a long shot! It smells like a field full of flowers in the summertime, which brings me right back to my childhood in the country. The smell is lasting, too. Unfortunately, this bomb doesn't color the water, and there is no glitter. So visually it isn't the prettiest-- but the smell is FANTASTIC!

This product smells great, and I actually found that it smelled exactly like the trix cereal! I don't like the scent that much, but it was still relaxing and made me feel great. I think my boyfried would like it though.

I used this product alone and with the bubble bar "The Comforter" and it smelled amazing. It fizzed for a few minutes but the floral smell lasted a long time, and I'll definitely get more in the future!
