This was the first fresh face mask I used from Lush and i was impressed! It's really hard to apply since it's so thick though and it has a little bit more moisture in it than my skin needs but my skin feels great, the stuff smells good and i'd definetly get it for the winter months again but probably something else for summer!

I was skeptical when leaving Lush with the mask. I've tried masks from other companies before, and they've always seemed like more fun girly treat than a practicality. I've been completely proven wrong.

I had the house to myself and figured I'd hangout, watch tv, and have oats on my face. I didn't find problem with runnyness that others commented about. The consistency did feel exactly like spreading oatmeal cookie dough on my face. It's not a pretty mask either, but I didn't need it to be fancy.

I left it on for about an hour. The label said ten minutes, but my skin was Canadian winter dry and I was hoping the bananas wouldn't melt my skin. They didn't. Instead when I finally rinsed my skin was bright, my small shark-week breakout was drastically reduced, and my skin was super soft and felt tighter. It took a little while to feel the moisture, the mask isn't as greasy as I'm use to intense moisturizers feeling. There was a little redness afterwards, but honestly that's probably more from the washcloth. It went away super fast.

I've since done it again in the bath, and once more my pimples have been drastically reduced. I'm so into this mask.

I was having problems with my aweful dry skin (I was starting to resemble something reptilian) and went into the store for something a little more "heavy duty". I have very sensitive skin and so the woman at the store recommended me oatifix. I wanted so bad to love this! It smells AMAZING like fresh banana bread and oatmeal cookies. Right after I put it on it was tingling and burning a little... I assumed that this was because my face is so dry (ever put strong lotion on right after shaving OUCH). Well I washed it off and MAN was my face soft! all the scaly bits are gone and my face now feels like new. Unfortunately about 5 mins after I washed it off I got red splotches and bumps all over my face! (I NEVER get breakouts, not even as a teanager) It made me break out like crazy and I am now having trouble getting rid of it :(

This product has done so much for me that its hard to go without it. My skin is to say the least very odd, when its dry it puffs up, gets enlarged pores with occasional dry spots. This caused a wrinkling effect in many areas on my face and I thought that maybe it was just how my face was. I tried this after I had tried gorgeous and skin drink and saw how they reduced the puffiness of my face...

This mask does what they do and beyond. My face depuffs, my lines go away and I no longer get dry patches as easily. Simply put this should help anyone with atleast dry skin.

I just put it on then I leave it for 10 mins rinse it off and my face starts glowing and it feels fresh! Blotches & redness go away and it moisturizes my skin very well!

got this for free at my local lush store and was so excited to use it ! works great , smells great but, the problem is that i have really dry skin. it moisturizes my face but after a few minutes my face becomes dry around my cheek area. sucks. but still is great .

Smell is really nice! Light and feels nice.

You better make sure your skin is dry because a little bit of moisture can make it slightly runny. Needed to wash out a tiny bit out of my eye.

Aside from that, I use it when I can afford it. One of my fave 3. :)

(General Maintenance is just a once in a while for over-all skin care)

This product has a lovely smell however; when i put it on, my face started to burn. I could not leave it on for more than 2-4 minutes because the burning got worse as time went by. Once i have taken the mask off, the burning subsided, but it left red blotches on my skin. I will not be repurchasing this product.

This is a great mask for the Winter!! Helps give your skin hydration and smells heavenly!! I have tried a few other masks by Lush, but this one is definitely in my top 3!!

I really love this mask! It smells lovely. I was worried, at first, because I really dislike the smell of bananas but this smells much more vanilla-y. The mask feels very nice on the skin and is moisturizing however it does not apply easily. This is the only con. There is a lot of fallout and the mask does not spread easily. Definitely use over the sink! I will be purchasing this product again! I do, however, wish there were masks for dry skin..

It has a lovely smell and it left my skin somewhat softer then it was before i used the mask. But as soon as i had my face covered in the mask , my face started to burn and sting. I left it on to see if the burning sensation would disappear but it didn't the burning only got worse, the instructions said leave on for 5-10 minutes i couldn't leave it on past 3 minutes, and once i took it off the burning continued and i had red patches all over my face. i won't be buying this product again.

I love this product! I use moisturizers and face masks all the time to try and keep my skin from drying out on my face and nothing works. I went to lush to dry and find something and one of the sales associates pointed this out to me, and believe me it works perfectly. It smells really good and it feels nice on your skin. I found the best way to spread it on your face was to take it out of the fridge for 2-3 minutes so it softens up a bit and is easier to apply.

Amazing, washed and dried my face then applied the mask. It felt so nice going on! Earlier in the day I commented to my friend while shopping at Lush how I was starting to get a pimple on the side of my nose, but my forehead was super dry so I had been applying cream to my face, which was causing the pimples, she recommended this one for me because I have super sensitive skin.
I waited about 10 minutes and rinse my face with warm water and a super soft cloth. I looked in the mirror and the pimple was gone, my face looks more even!
The smells is amazing, doesn't smell like bananas too me at all, which I love because I don't like bananas!
It is sweet, but not overpowering :)
Definitely will keep buying!

This was the first face mask I ever bought from Lush and fell immediately in love with it. I had really dry skin at the time, as it was winter, and this gave me some much-needed moisture when my moisturizers didn't feel like they were doing anything in the harsh dry winter air. However my skin's constantly changing and is much oilier in the summer, when I bought it again a couple months ago, I didn't even use all of it because it just made my skin feel really greasy. After wiping it all off, I spent way more time than I should have rinsing my face trying to get the residue feeling off of my skin. So bottom line, if you do have really dry skin this will be perfect for you. Otherwise, steer clear, don't just try it for fun cause it will feel greasy.

I love this mask, in theory.. but when I used it my face felt all yucky and irritated like a slight allergic reaction. I'm positive that it's just me, but I won't get this again :(

I was FINALLY able to purchase a mask on my last trip to Lush. Too bad they have to be refrigerated because I only get to a retail Lush location a couple times a year.

So this was my first mask and I am in love. I can't wait to try more! It feels so nice on your face when it comes out of the fridge. The smell is so yummy I could eat it.
