This is seriously the best lip balm I've ever used! I picked this up on vacation, as I don't have a lush store near me. I started using it about a month ago, and I was so shocked about how quickly it started working! I do get dry, chapped and cracked lips that I bite, and this solved all of that! It is very moistuizing and effective, it makes your lips so smooth and soft. Any cracked parts of my lips were healed within a few uses. It lasts long on your lips, if I put it on before bed I can still feel it the next morning! I use this multiple times daily (more than needed but I love it too much :p) and I still have tons left, so there's more than enough in the little pot. It smells good, like lemon pastry or something. The only slight cons (that I really don't feel affect the satisfaction much) are that it melts fairly easily, but is still usuable when it melts a little, and it doesn't have much of a taste, kind of oily with a hint of lemon. But neither of those bother me! Best lip balm ever!

A great lip balm, that you just can't get enough of! You can feel your lips getting smoother with each use!
The only con is that it tastes kinda gross, so try to apply it way before or after meals.

I really don't like this product much. Sorry lush, but this one really didn't do it for me.

~SMELLS LIKE PLASTIC!! is probably my biggest peeve. For a brand that is all about being natural, this smells exactly like chemically plastic or rubber.

~ melts really easily, which makes it a bit of a timebomb in a pocket

~Is pretty gritty, eventually goes away but I would rather not have to go through that extra step of waiting for the grittiness to go away

~really odd consistency, unlike their lip service balm (which I love) that has a light but noticable and effective consistency this has a watery consistincy, which makes it enjoy getting into my mouth a lot, (which eccentuates the plastic flavour) and it deosn't stick around long enough to have much of a moisturizing property to it.

I bought this lip balm because it was vegan (I'm vegan so big on this stuff). When I first tried this, it was gritty, but once on the lips, the grit parts melted and it slid pretty well. The product is not very long lasting, so that bummed me out. The smell is closer to lemon then anything else, but the taste isn't super (does not really taste like lemon). Also, this product, if put in a warm place (say a pocket in your pants) it will melt (like most lip balms).

So I was about to give up after a few applications when I decided to shove this into the fridge because it was a bit too soft to my liking. I tried it out after: product was hard as rock, but with the natural warmth of your finger it will melt just right when you rub the product a few times. Then apply it on the lips. When cold, you'll find that the product is average lasting (like an original lip balm), so that's great and it slides superbly

Other cons I'd like to mention is that it doesn't do much other then projecting a wet effect to your lips: it does not soothe, nor repair dry/chapped lips.

I'm happy that is vegan, but I would not buy this again. I hope Lush comes up with more vegan lip balms for me to try out.

My only complaint is that I can't put this in my pocket without it melting which leads to me not being able to use this as often as I would like.

Meltiness aside, I really like the smell of this lip balm. The texture is a little gritty as many reviewers have pointed out but I actually like that a lot.

I've decided to give this product a try because I was looking for a vegan lip balm. The texture is gritty at first, but once you slide it over your lips with your finger, it becomes really soft and slides well. It smells pretty good too (mild lemon smell more the anything).

However, this is not the best lip balm I've used. The price is expensive for the quality. Don't store this in a dry place because it melts rather quickly (pocket in your pants, for example). I also have a problem with this product not staying long on the lips. It also does not repair dry/damaged lips, nor does it give a glow/heathly look.

This stuff's fantastic. Tastes yummy, goes on smooth, lasts longer than you'd think for how thin it is. It's easy to apply because it's much softer than most of their other balms, and you only need a little bit. Just be sure to keep it in your jacket pocket, not your pants pocket or it get TOO soft.

Lush balms are so enjoyable, so it's nice that this one is thin enough that you can get away with applying it as often as you want! I'm constantly rubbing my lips together with this on, which in turn makes 'em plump & sexy!

I like that it is vegan mainly because I can't use products with honey. Honey trap was nice but it made me breakout with bumps on my lips and whip stick made me itchy. The only con is that if my lips are cracked the lemon hurts them.

I like it and I use it every night. It works well, but the texture is a bit liquid, probably because there's no beeswax in it. It smells and tastes great.

This is by far my favorite lip balm, I just wish it didn't need to be applied with my finger. When I'm on the go I don't have the luxury to wash my hands before applying the product and am often concerned about cross contamination. So mostly I use this at home at night as a lip conditioner.

I love the smell! It works great; my lips are really soft. I think the only thing is that it doesn't last very long, I always have to reapply.

Ok guys! This is the BEST lip balm yet!Since going vegan I have been on a hunt for lip balm,I tried eco lips bee free, tasted REALLY bad, was very oily, but it was long lasting, it made my lips shiny, and it was very soothing. But this one is SO much better!! It tastes good, it smells good, its soothing, its semi long lasting.The only problem I found with it is that it is small. it is such a smaller size than I hoped. It was only[$]!! I expected it to be around $10-$15. Overall, great product. I can wear it to school, I can wear it out, I wear it to bed for goodness sake!

but. I was slightly disappointed when I found out how greasy it was and how the smell wasn't the most pleasant compared to the Body Shop's Sweet Lemon Lip Balm...



Nonetheless, I found this vegan lip balm extremely unique and the name quite the cuteness

They say we ingest a ton of product over our life time and so natural products are always on my list! I love that this vegan au natural product doesn't skip a beat! I only use it before bed and in the morning, and (as long as I drink enuff water) my lips say nice and soft, all day!

This one is on the melty side, so if you like to store lip balms in your pants pockets be cautious. It works well at keeping lips hydrated, but it isn't as effective at repairing lips that are already dry. If you only need a little bit of moisture this one is good for you. I have really chapped lips, so I tend to use a stronger lip balm in addition to None of Your Beeswax.



What I really love about this balm is the scent. The scent is my favourite out of all the lip balms. To me, it smells just like lemon loaf (if you don't know what it is, it's a soft lemon cake with a thin layour of lemon icing on top).

This product is really nice for moisturizing the lips, but I find it feels a little greasy on my lips once it melts, and beforehand it feels very gritty (the woman at the store warned me about this, so I'm assuming that's part of the product). It can be nice to rub the grit between your lips and feel it exfoliate, but it's also a little weird when you're kissing someone else.

While this honestly smells heavenly (lemon+Vanilla), this is one of the worst balms EVER. I love Lush, and I love Honey Trap and Whipstick, but this? This is so thin and so gritty. It feels almost like a lip exfoliator instead of a lipbalm. Feels like water on lips too. Do not like this at all.

This was mentally difficult to switch to after being so used to using petroleum based lip products, or beeswax based products because this lip balm is not greasy/shiny, or heavy or stinging, and I wasn't sure if it was doing the job. After about a month of using it however, I can tell that this stuff is good quality and an ACTUAL moisturizer for my lips. The other petroleum/beeswax stuff I was using before wasn't making a long term difference, and this NOYB is definitely making a long term difference. They're left so moisturized and soft, and I would highly recommend this to everyone.

I thought I would give this a try but I wasn't that impressed by it. I prefer honey trap. I found that it didn't last very long and it was super greasy feeling. I like the smell of it though.

Before this amazing lip balm came out I stocked up last holiday season on Let Them Eat Cake lip balm, another vegan balm. When I found out a year-round vegan balm was available, I immediately bought two discs of it. I tried some and loved it on the spot! I get chapped lips year round and it's so far the only product from any store to effectively sooth my lips. The vanilla scent is great! I now carry one on me at all times. I try to use vegan products as much as I can and this being added on my list is a bonus. It's a must have for everyone!
