I'm a daily shower/hair wash person so conditioning is important to my dry(ish) hair.
What's great about this product is I can use it as both a deep conditioning treatment AND my daily conditioner. I wash my hair first, using the jasminalicious Godiva, coat up with JHFE and leave it in while I do all the other showery bits; rinse out at the end. My hair is a silken dream and smells divine to me. Friends and colleagues have also commented on how good I smell :-)

The contents of this little black pot are so wonderful. They leave my hair soft, smooth, and frizz-less. I usually leave the treatment on as long as I have time for, rather than sticking to 20-30 minutes, but I have very thick, long hair and it helps to give it a little extra time.

And as some reviewers have said, the smell can be a little overpowering. I'm not complaining, though, because I happened to love the smell.

I try to deep condition once every 1-2 weeks, and I think the cost of the pot is well worth it for long-ladting results.

I have really long, thick, curly hair. I put half a pot on my hair and left it for 6 hours to really maximize the effects of this product. I rinsed it out, and low and behold, I could brush my hair easily and in little time! I was so happy! My hair was so soft and shiny! Three weeks later, I can still smell it on my hair! I love the smell!

Okay, I just got my hair treatment today, and put it in my hair. I used less then what the great cashier told me at the store, but my hair was drenched and fully covered, so that's awesome, more for later.

I left it in for a good 30 - 50 minutes. My hair is still wet but my bangs aren't, they are fully dry and wow, are they ever soft.

Overpowering smell? I don't think so. It is fragrant and amazing.

I can't wait til the rest of my hair dries so I can spend the rest of the night putting my fingers in it.

I can't say enough good things about this product but it's starting to save my hair!
Last summer I went from a dark brown to a light Ash Blonde and ever since using "salon quality" violet shampoos that were harsh on my poor hair and conditioners with heavy silicone faking the soft look... my hair was a wreck. Dry, so tangled to the point it hurt to brush my hair as it was pulling my hair out! I was horrified because I'm trying to grow it out more and I sat there thinking there has to be another way...

I went into Lush and I'm a newbie when it comes to Lush products but I'm never going back to "salon" brands. This magical pot first use made my hair so shiny, so soft, so brush-able i was in heaven, and then smell! I can't stop smelling my hair it lasts for weeks!

I'm almost done my first pot. I have just past the shoulder length hair but very thick and I am going to get about 4 uses out of it. I leave it on for an hour and I pair this up with fair trade honey and American Cream just because my hair is so dry and Using this combo makes my hair feel like a dream.

I will never live without this stuff!

I have noticed lately my hair felt very dry even though I use moisture extra body shampoos and conditioners... brushing it was awful, so tangled and I was loosing so much hair :( I wasn't able to style to the way I liked it either.. it felt and looked horrible. So I decided deep moisturizing was the only way to get back my hair to how it was. So I applied and left it on all day (I really needed help) and after washing out I am so happy to say, my brush just slid through my hair, my hair feels like hair, it is shiny, silky and was really easy to style the way I wanted it. I will NOT leave it so long before I deep condition again! this product is AMAZING :)

Oh my gosh, I have fallen in love with this product that is for sure.
I have big, crazy, fluffy, everywhere kind of hair but this product really puts my hair under control. I have naturally wavy hair, and I find after using this product I have beautiful, frizz-free waves. My hair is also shiny, and healthy looking and oh so soft!

Not only is this product wonderful for my hair, it also smells AMAZING. Like I literally smell like a giant, delicious flower. The lovely scent of jasmine lingers in your hair and it is so nice! Honestly, I use this product sometimes just for the scent! If I could roll around in this product.. I would, trust me.. it smells that good!

The instructions say to use the entire bottle, but I have A LOT of hair and I still managed to get a happy three uses out of the pot. As long as your hair is fully saturated, it works great!

With a product this magical you would expect unicorns and rainbows to come exploding out of your hair. Thank you Lush, for this glorious pot of goodness!

I used less than they say to, about 1/3 of the pot each time, and I left it on for about 30 minutes. My hair is a few inches passed my shoulders and pretty thick but it covered it well.

The product worked great for me, my hair was no longer dry and was much shinier and softer.

However, the smell is WAY too overpowering for me. I am prone to migraines and each time I used it I got a huge migraine because of how strong and overpowering the scent was. The scent stayed about 4 days after the treatment even with me washing my hair like crazy trying to get it out.

Although this product worked great I will not be using it again unless I am completely desperate, having a migraine for 4 days after a treatment is not worth it!

I have found that I quite like the fluff-ease, as my long, fine hair in a dry climate is sometimes difficult to manage without some serious moisture. At the same time, I don't want to spend a ton of cash on putting large volumes of expensive product in my hair that doesn't necessarily maximize the benefits. I read some reviews of people putting a third of a tub of this product into their long hair, and recoiling at the expense. I understand this issue, and so I propose a method I have found to be the maximum benefit to the minimum amount of product used.

Even with hair past my shoulders I can't put away a third of a tub of this deep conditioner without cringing. My scalp has dry moments (for which the snake oil has been a godsend but that's another story) but I still get greasy hair, and the real sufferer from the dry climate is the ends of my fine hair. I want to distribute this product through my head of hair without waste, especially since this is a pre-shampoo product that ends up getting rinsed down the drain.

In order to save money and product, I have chosen the French braid method. I use a bit on my fingers as I French braid my hair, incorporating both length and ends of my hair into the braid, with small amounts of the fluff-ease as necessary to keep all of the frizzies inside the braid. At the end, with my hair braided, I have the ability to touch up the braid itself with finger dips worth of product, or to dip my ends in the tub directly. I find I use far less product this way than one would possibly use during a pre-wash deep-conditioning treatment, as was recommended to me. Additionally, as with a French braid one is handling the ends of the hair frequently as additional strands of hair keep getting added, the length of the hair and the ends are where the product ends up getting concentrated, without the product ending up concentrated near the scalp, which benefits from its own oils and moisture that don't necessarily need supplementation from a deep conditioner.

The additional benefit to the braid is that I can put the fluff-ease in my hair, say, the night before a morning shower or a day before a shower (with dry climates and fine hair one cannot wash one's hair daily or terrible things resembling static-charged haystacks result) and then sleep on it and/or have a workout session with it left in (the heat of exertion is helpful at letting it penetrate, I think, a shower cap is also helpful when one sleeps with it on as it keeps the oilies off of your pillow and keeps the heat near your hair, which improves penetration) before the suggested rinsing means not only lovely, tangle-free jasmine scented hair, but a far smaller amount of product necessary to achieve the same result.

I can't emphasize this enough. If you're concerned about the cost of this vs. the amount necessary to be effective, the easiest way to maximize this product's effectiveness is to increase contact time as much as possible so your hair has time to really absorb the moisturizers.

The only issue I have had with the fluff-ease is that if you work in a scent free environment, be aware that the scent of this hair moisturizer persists even after a wash (trichomania + jungle) and is far more noticeable if your hair is left wet rather than if you dry it first before heading out to work. I myself particularly enjoy the smell, but as the scent is intended (I assume) to persist through a thorough rinsing, it's very strong during application and if you are allergic to flowers (or sensitive to floral perfumes) you may want to steer clear of this product.

I find after prolonged contact and a wash this product leaves my normally dry, colour treated hair nicely hydrated and happy. I still use R&B as a finishing conditioner (this is northern SK, after all) as protection for my ends after a wash and to give my waves a bit of definition.

I don't find it's necessary to use this deep conditioning moisturizer with every wash. More, I use it when I want to baby my hair and tame ends, especially immediately after a colouring and during other periods of stress on my hair (canadian winter, long time between trims, etc.)

Using the French braid method, so far I have done this four times, and still have what I estimate to be 3/5 of a tub. I find it an efficient and economical use of an effective product. Using this rather spartan method, I find I can get upwards of ten deep conditionings out of a single tub, which, consdering the price, becomes quite a reasonable investment indeed.

I used this conditioner after heavy styling with teasing and hair spray. My hair detangled so easily and is so soft now. I think this is a great product to use after harsh hair styles. The smell is amazing too!

It smells great seriously. But I used this products as a deep treatment that I left on my hair overnight and washed it off the next morning. I also added a few essential oils and some castor oil. It left my hair so soft and moisturized but not greasy. I would buy it again for sure. I was worried about the fact that it has sulfate in it but it does have a lot of moisturizers that counter that pretty well.

This is an absolute favorite of mine. I have shoulder-length, thick, wavy hair and the jar lasted about 6 uses. It makes my auburn hair shine like crazy, and the SMELL! I usually apply if before a date because that smell is sexy and lasts forever, even after shampooing sometimes. A must have!!

Although I love the effects this product delivers, I am not too keen on the intense smell. It smells great, but is just a bit too over powering, and I work in a no-scent building, so it could cause potential problems.

Other than that, this product is AMAZING! It leaves your hair silky smooth, and frizz free. My hair feels refreshed, almost the same feeling you get after a great hair cut.

Definitely an awesome product, but I would be careful if you work around scent-sensitive people!

I am generally very skeptical about hair products, or anything promising quick results. Plus, I find it hard to get rich vegan conditioners. However this really delivered! The ends of my hair have been very dried out and pretty awful. I was hoping to revive them as much as possible while waiting to get them chopped off (that bad!) While nothing will undo split ends this made them noticeably softer and smoother, less crunchy, and something I can actually run my hands through again. After I used it I just rinsed out, no shampoo, and didn't wash for another couple days. Those few days my hair was truly unbelievable! (though a bit too fragrant for me.) Once I did shampoo it the results were still first-rate, and have stayed such for a couple of weeks now. I didn't use all over my head - as my roots get greasy - but rather concentrated on the ends, which I would recommend. Using in this way I suspect it will last quite awhile. Thanks Lush!

Just loved this product, I was scared my daughter would not like the smell but me both loved it! She has very thick curly hair, and we have very hard water so this product is a god send! The longer you leave it on the better we found. We got 3 uses one of this tub and it lasts days and days after using it. Recommend highly!!!

I just picked this up today at my local store, and holy cow is it ever awesome! I straighten my hair every day and generally treat it horribly, so it's always dry and coarse, but most of the hair masks I use leave it too greasy or heavy. Not this one. I put about a third of the container in and left it in for about half an hour, then washed, conditioned, dried, and straightened as I normally do. My hair has never been so soft and manageable! I've barely any flyaways and it's so shiny! I'll definitely be using this product regularly.

It does smell very strongly (made my whole house smell of jasmine), but I love the scent. It stayed after I washed it, but calmed down to a gentle jasmine smell that is just heavenly! I'd recommend this product to anyone, especially if they love jasmine and have dry hair.

Love this product, scent lasts for days even after shampooing in between. I have fine, thin hair, so I can't use too much product,otherwise it gets weighed down. I usually leave it in overnight, and in the morning its like a new head of hair.

This smells aweful in the jar and even worse in your hands afterwards..this would be a great product if they improved the scent or started making this in a different scent all together. I hate to say it but it reminds me of mothballs and cat-pee..
