I LOVE this product!! I've been suffering with hormonal acne from my pregnancy and found that all acne products dry my skin right out. I use this product at night under my Lush moisturizer and in the morning i wake up with visibly better skin. My acne has cleared up in a matter of days by switching to this line of skincare and I dont have to worry about harsh chemicals and the baby.

But you know what? I should have kept it!
MAN. I tell ya...I have acne prone skin and have used an assortment of natural and unnatural skin products. I was interested in trying this because I had tried the Burt's Bees all-natural blemish stick to some avail, but was not pleased with the overall time period and amount of application needed for the blemish in question to leave my face. I have tried Grease Lightening for 2 days, and it's obvious that it's working. Unlike the chemical ingredients in other spot treatments, Grease Lightening does not cause my skin to peel. Everyone's skin is different; but I suggest that if you have acne and are open to trying out new things to get it at ease, definitely try this one.

After cleansing my face in the evening, I like to apply Grease Lightning. I usually skip moisturizer in the evenings as my face doesn't feel tight. I was using Benzoyl Peroxide before (with moisturizer too) and it just irritated my skin, and gave me dry spots on my face. I've since replaced BP with Grease Lightning and with better results. I like to apply it to acne prone areas, on top of existing acne, and honestly, sometimes all over (because I do break out all over). It does dry/tighten up my skin a little, but it's not irritating. I have had acne shrink in size overnight because of the awesomeness of Grease Lightning. I've also had old sebum trapped under my skin, and Grease Lightning dries it out so I can easily scrub it off. It's amazing.

Yesterday I walked into my local Lush store in the hopes of purchasing a new moisturizer. I had been using Herbalism for over a month and it was working wonders, but the moisturizer I had was not letting my skin reach it's full potential. When I told the saleswoman what I was looking for, she was very informative and recommended Vanishing Cream. She also showed me Mask of Magnaminty which I purchased. Then, she gave me large samples of both Ultrabland and Grease Lighting. I washed my face last light with Ultrabland and applied Grease Lighting to my stubborn breakouts, and woke up amazed. All of them had dried and shrunk overnight. I will definitely recommend this to anyone with pesky breakouts!

i am literally in love with this. i use this in the morning, night time and before i apply my makeup. This not only helps dry out acne, but prevents it. Grease L also helps matte out the face so its left feeling soft and smooth. This is why it is so great for combo- oily skin types because it will eliminate all the oil that you would get during the day.This product will leave the skin feeling tight, but doesnt actually dry out or flake. This product is absolutely a must if you have frequent break outs, but do not expect it to destroy the pimple over night, as this product takes time to take care of the break out. It also helps with swelling/redness of the pimple upon contact (at least in my case) which helps with those painful breakouts that really ruin your day :<!
Overall, best product I've got for breakout control (over the counter chemicals just didn't cut it for me) so try it and I'm sure you'll agree ;)!

I have been using this product on my acne-prone skin for 2 years now and it really is a miracle. I have adult acne breakouts if I don't use it for a full week, but as long as I use it at least every 2 days it really keeps my skin feeling clean and no zits!! I apply a thin layer to my whole face after cleansing,it doesn't irritate my skin at all, and I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin. Anyone who says it's drying, there's aloe vera in it, that's why it leaves that strange tight feeling on your skin. Also, it does not flake at all if you don't apply too much. I have struggled with bad acne since I was 9. I've tried every over the counter and prescription med, topical and pill form. I don't want to spend my whole life on birth control pills to help balance my skin, so I thought I'd give this a whirl.

I use this as a spot treatment for my acne after cleansing, toning and moisturizing. I see a noticeable difference after about two applications.
I like how it smells, and the slight tingle I feel once it's applied and starts to dry makes me feel like it's really whipping my sore, tired pores into shape.
I dislike how it flakes away, as eventually it does get irritating to have these bits of dried up product clinging to my skin and tickling.

I used this as a spot on treatment for my zits. And what I've noticed is that it dries out the pimples but then once they're dry my pimples left a dark spot on my face. Other spot on treatments I used int the past didn't leave that side-effect. I guess it's not meant for sensitive skin.

I went into the store looking for something to help with some painful mosquitoe bites that I got over the weekend. I had about 40 huge painful bites all over my legs and the sales rep there suggested this to me. Wow! It works great. Not only did it sooth the itchiness and pain, it also dried the bites right up. Nothing else has given me such results. I cannot wait to try it on my face!
