How to use
Fill your bathtub with warm water, drop in the Bath Bomb and lay back to enjoy its lovely color and gorgeous fragrance. Some LUSH Bath Bombs contain flower petals and others have secret surprises (if you prefer not to have these pieces floating in your tub, wrap the Bath Bomb in a recycled nylon before use). Roll in a fresh, spring meadow

If you need an escape from city life, drop one of these into the bath and sink into a flower-filled woodland. Fox in the Flowers smells like a fresh spring meadow, filled with tall verdant grasses and blooming wild flowers. As it fizzes away, it releases a multitude to dried flowers; blue mallow, chamomile, rose buds and lime tree. Its green scent is thanks to a good helping of chlorophyll, which transports you to another time and place. You'll feel like Maid Marion washing in a sun-dappled pool ready for Robin to get back from a hard day's wealth redistribution.

Features

  • Our ‘greenest’ smelling Bath Bomb: Thanks to a helping of chlorophyll and nettle absolute, Fox in the Flowers smells just like fresh flowers.
  • For the true ‘outdoor experience’: We recommend pairing this fox with our Grass shower gel.
  • The soft scent of spring: Blue mallow and lime tree flowers turn your bath into a springtime meadow.

Customer Review

from Shelby
"I'm absolutely in love with the smell and color of this bathbomb! Only downside was the flowers left a slight residue in the tub, but it's easy enough just to quickly rinse it off. I HIGHLY reccomend this if you love fresh earthy smells."

Comments about Fox in the Flowers Bath Bomb:

I purchased this based solely on my complete nature girl personality (you tell me something smells like a meadow and I want it on my body!) and the name, Fox In The Flowers, sounded romantic and mysterious. And that is exactly what this product is. The daisy-like flowers and rose petals that dance around the tub, the soft green colour, the enchanting scent - it is feminine and floral, long-lasting and oh-so-softening. It completely improved my mood during these dreary winter months. Honestly I can't say enough good things about it! And do as the fine Lush marketing folks suggest and pair it with Grass shower gel - it's heaven!

Comments about Fox in the Flowers Bath Bomb:

This bath bomb is amazing. it messes with your head how much this powders bath bomb smells like you stuck your nose in a big fresh bouquet of roses. This is one I'll purchase again and again.

And stop complaining about tub residue people. Its obviously in there, you can enjoy it and take a second to wash it down the drain hen you're done, leave it till the next day and grab the leftovers with a damp papertowel, or just sock it. Its not like the flowers are a surprise.

Comments about Fox in the Flowers Bath Bomb:

I'm not much of a floral gal but this bomb, when in the tub smells like the enchanted forest. While winter is still here, it's the only time I get to smell that amazing greenery mixed with the slight floral mix. Beautiful.

I believe it is well worth the clean up afterwards!

  • Time Out

Comments about Fox in the Flowers Bath Bomb:

I first tried this after an incredibly stressful day and found that it helped me to mellow right out. Truth be told, it kept me from picking a fight with my husband. :) I'll be keeping one or two around just for those days I need that time to myself. The flowers in the bomb were lovely during the bath, but a pain to clean out the next day.

Don't judge the fox!

  • Soothes irritated skin

Cons

Comments about Fox in the Flowers Bath Bomb:

Let me be honest, Lush, at first when I unwrapped Fox In the Flowers, I was repulsed! I thought it smelled like gasoline combined with a mowed lawn and it brought back memories of my past summer jobs working for the city, cutting grass!

I decided to try it anyway because I did pay for it. I dropped it into my bath and was completely amazed how the smell became so subtle and beautiful. The fizzing was amazing and the flower petals made me feel like royalty! Left my skin soooo silky and a nice hint of the smell. In love.

Word of advice: Tie your hair up when using this! Also, if you aren't one for bits of things in your tub with you, most def sock this as there is A LOT of petals and other hidden surprises!

Painting the Roses Red...

By Marie Curious

Pros

  • Relaxing
  • Smells Great

Cons

  • Leaves tub residue

Best Uses

  • Bath

Comments about Fox in the Flowers Bath Bomb:

Okay, I read the reviews on this and was really excited to see all the reviewers who claimed this bomb smells "exactly like roses!" I love the smell of a real, fresh rose, it is my talon d'achille.

Now, I am going to have to go ahead use that all too often used Lushie phrase, "I wanted to love this." When I opened the package and reached for this one, I took a good long sniff, followed by a furrowed brow, followed buy an utterance of "huh. I didn't realize roses smelled like that." Now, I had to agree, it did smell like real roses, but something just didn't seem right.

I gave it a week of mulling over, going back and smelling it trying to figure out just what I though was so unsettling about the smell, I mean it DID smell like roses. Then I decided to try it in the bath. While it was fizzing I suddenly got a better whiff of the subtle aroma that was putting me off. This bomb had an undertone that reminded me of house paint. It was like being in a woody rose garden hedge maze where some of the roses had somewhat recently been painted red (possibly by an anthropomorphic playing card). Even so, the smell was really, really subtle, I just happen to have a really sensitive nose. Someone else could easily ignore this smell.

Other than that I thought it was a really pretty bomb and I liked watching the chamomile flowers floating around in the water. Didn't like cleaning them up so much...

So I gave her 3 stars, even though I probably won't buy her again.

A bit disappointing...

Comments about Fox in the Flowers Bath Bomb:

I was happy to smell this in the wrapper when it arrived and was eagerly anticipating using this some evening after a bad workday. Well that evening was last night, and I am kinda disappointed in this bath bomb. It smelled lovely in the paper, but once dropped into the water I could barely smell it. I adored the little flowers and floaties that came out of it - in fact I always shake my head in wonder at some previous reviewers who comdemn an item for that when it is obvious from both picture & description that that will happen. But the scent just really faded away in the tub, although to be honest my city water is heavily chlorinated and not all bathbombs can stand up to that awful bleachy smell. The oils did soften my skin though! I hope I will have better luck with the cute Mr. Butterball.
