WOW!! On its own, Floating Island is flawless, takes you away for a little moment of much needed R&R. The scent is enticing and luscious, vanilla-sandalwood and bright lemon act together for the perfect almost Lemon square scent. Sandalwood is also very good for sensitive and dry skin, so another reaso this bath melt is a must have for me at home- also has my favorites cocoa butter and almond oil, which really soak in and bring out the aromas.
BUT- if your like me, and like to make bath cocktails, you have gotta try these two:

The Comforter with Floating Island- SMELLS JUST LIKE COTTON CANDY, or even strawberry shortcake!

The Brightside (get one while you can, SERIOUSLY!) with Floating Island- Oh my lanta, if this isn't an Orange Creamsicle, I don't know how you could get any closer!

Floating Island is a perfect mixer to test with other products to make your very own personalized bath time favorite.

This was the first bath melt I've used, and by far it is way better than bath bombs! This one was easy to dissolve, it made my bath tub smell AMAZING, and the sandalwood really helped moisturize my skin and make it extremely soft. Although it is quite small, I broke it up into smaller chunks and it still worked great for me. I am so happy with it and I will definitely keep coming back for more of these :)

I had to buy this because the smell was soo good. I was sceptical based on some of the reveiws though. But WOOOW! This has to be a new favourite! It was incredibly moisturizing, It even moisturized my dry lips. The scent lingers slightly on the skin, I do wish the scent was stronger, only because I am so in love with it!
Just a few tips!
- Pop it in as your water runs, you will get a very nice frothy layer
-Use the whole thing! You won't regret it
-Let your lips sit under the water too

Floating island is not as good as MMM in my opinion, but it is still a very good bath melt. For those who have commented on how it doesn't scent their water enough, don't break it into pieces to use it. Use the whole thing. I find that it is definitely a bath melt that needs to be used in its entirety for you to really feel its effects. It's great at softening skin, and the smell really does take you away. My water wasn't as bubbly as with MMM, but Floating Island is still ranked up there I think. Very enjoyable baths!

This is the first bath melt I purchased and I was a little disappointed. It may be my fault. I had read others comments and broke my melt into pieces to get more baths out of it, I used about a third each time and really could not notice the smell at all in my very large tub. It did make the water feel incredible and my skin very soft, just would have liked more fragarance.

Having this little cupcake island floating around my bath was absolutely cute and relaxing. My baths own little island of lemony yummy happiness. And it relaxed me so much. I absolutely love the sent of sandalwood and will buy anything that includes it.

After the bath I was amazed at how soft and ncie smelling my body was. I absolutely loved this product and get one every pay check!!

I bought this melt hoping I would get a very creamy/luxury bath but was disappointed. The smell was so weak and smelled faintly of vanilla and it also had virtually no effect on my water. It also took forever for it to melt in my bath even though I only used half of it so I would recommend it only for the very long bath takers.

I have eczema and this just cured it for a while! The only con is the the smell didn't last on my skin that long. Also I love citrus, so this was perfect!

I LOOOOVE this bath melt! It's definitely my favourite one from lush <3
The smell is amazing, it smells of vanilla-lemon custard (I was a bit iffy about the lemon at first, thinking it would be overpowering, but it was just right in the bath!) I also didn't have to use a lot of it (a quarter was enough and I have an average-size tub). All in all a great bath melt. Thanks lush! <3

I use this alongside with the bubble baths as bubble baths dry out my skin. This floating island melt has a mild scent so it does not overpower or mix poorly with the bubble scents. I was also able to break this melt into 4 parts so it was worth it! And it made my skin so silky smooth and moisturized.

Got this one as a treat to myself for working lots of overtime and incurring lots of stress. Cut it into four peices and plunked one in the bath. One 1/4 peice has a very delicate scent but interestingly I found that after I had dried off it had done something unexpected to my hair.



I have super fine straight hair that the summer humidity has been making go "FOOF!" and after using this I found that it had gone super shiny and my frizzy fuzz was gone! Neat little side effect. I think I might keep a couple of these on hand.

I liked how much it helped my skin become soft, but it said vaniila and lemon, but i smelt was vanilla and yuck. It smelled like creamed almond and coconut smoothie, and i dislike it. It was Okay....

I cut this product into 4 pieces and combine 1/4 with 1/2 blue skies bubble bar,a big blue bath bomb, and sexy peel soap for an incredible bath that leaves myself and the entire bathroom smelling delicious and fresh for hours! Without this melt the other scents haven't lasted as long. It has become a vital part of the perfect relaxing bathtime.

This is an absolutely beautiful. smelling bath melt. Probably my favorite bath product so far. It has a gorgeous sophisticated, sultry smell to it. Made my bath so enjoyable. Felt great on my skin too!

I break off half and throw in the bath for a velvety soft and relaxing bath. It has a great smell... not too strong, just a noticeable mild smell. The best part is that you can feel how soft the water is after... Truly amazing!

I bought Floating Island earlier this month, and have used it in about four baths so far, and STILL have about half of it left! I've combined Floating Island with some other LUSH products (Butterball bath bomb, Happy Pill bath bomb, and A French Kiss bubble bar) to add some extra softening for my super dry skin, and it works wonderfully. The scent is mild enough that it blends really well with other products, but strong enough that it makes for a great bath on its own.



My favourite combination was with Happy Pill -- the milky white of Floating Island combined with the orange in Happy Pill and made this beautiful swirly pattern in the tub! So much fun!



If you're using Floating Island, DON'T put it all in the tub at once! Using about a quarter of the whole product at once works well if you're not combining it with anything -- if you are mixing, use a little less. Otherwise, you end up with skin that's sort of greasy feeling.



Overall, I absolutely love this product -- one of my fave LUSH purchases ever!

I love the butterball bath bomb, but I was hoping to try something different, but still very moisturizing. This did the trick! The scent is quite similar to butterball, but it's a little more moisturizing. I was disappointed that the scent didn't linger on my skin, but thankfully, the lovely silkiness did! This does leave a little residue in your tub, so I recommend washing out your tub afterwards with just a rinse of only hot water, that's usually enough.

This bath melt will turn your bath into a luxurious water haven! It moisturizes your skin very well and the effect is long-lasting. I used 1/2 of this product for a 45-minute bath and part of the bath melt was still floating around by the time I finished! The lovely delicate scent also lingers for quite some time :)

I highly recommend this bath melt if you want to soothe your dry skin, or simply have an extra-luxurious bath.

This is the perfect product for a relaxing soak in the tub!!



Floating Island smelled great in the store and smelled even better in the tub (it was so nice infact even my husband enjoyed it). Leaves the skin lightly scented and rather soft. I have dry shoulders and heels and this helped soften the skin.



I'll be getting Floating Island again and again ^_^
