I use this mascara every day, it works well, looks good on... It's not particularly gentle (if I leave it on too long it gets irritating), it's not easy to get it off, it has good staying power, no flaking... one coat also usually does it for me.

But I have a problem with it, why is the wand so awkward?! I don't understand why it was designed this way!! It needs to be longer (would make it easier to hold on to) and it needs to have a slimmer wand (to get to the outside and inside edge of lashes)

I won't be buying any more of this, next time I'll just go to my local natural product store and grab a regular shaped mascara tube!

This really is a great mascara! Sure it's not "lengthening" or "volumizing", but it coats the lashes well and is easily layered.
The only downside is the tiny applicator. I love that Lush doesn't over-package their products, but the wand was so tiny that I couldn't help but make a mess. For this reason I don't know if I would buy it all the time, because it doesn't lend itself to quick application. Well that reason, and the price.
The fact that it is mostly natural makes me consider it more of a guilty-pleasure, but I will still recommend it to friends!

Okay - so, i've never written a review before, but this product gave me something I never thought possible - long dark NATURAL looking lashes. Key word 'natural'. Any other mascara I have ever used made my lashes yes long yes dark but also clumpy unnatural and unattractive in general. First I curl my lashes then apply a few coats of Eyes Right and it looks like I have naturally long, dark and curved upward lashes. Never experienced this before. Also, only one preservative and doesn't test on animals? I'm in - pretty much forever.

(The bottle is super pretty looking too and I don't mind the small wand)

The only problem I would say is the small brush it comes with.. otherwise I absolutely love it! Other mascaras were harsh and irritated my eyes throughout the day..this doesn't and it doesn't even feel like it's on..Just wish it had a bigger brush!

I was really excited when I found out that lush had a mascara. When I put it on I found that the small brush made it hard to apply without getting it all over. The overall effect was not great. It gives a nice light look. I now use it under another mascara and it works well.

Unlike the drugstore brand mascaras that make my eyelashes clumpy and gunky, this product kept my eyelashes straight and simple. Since I use mascara almost daily, I like that it's not too thick. I found that when I took off my makeup, this mascara didn't make my eyelashes fall off like regular mascara did. A huge bonus with Eyes Right is that my eyelashes have grown noticeably longer over the span of just a few weeks! I would have liked it to have a bit longer of a wand so I don't feel like I'm going to poke my eye out with the handle, but other than that, this is the best thing ever and I'm never going to stop using it! (even if it is a little pricey)

LOVE this mascara! As long as its in stock on line I will never use another! I don't understand the reviews that says it doesn't work. I find it works as well as any mascara I've tried and I've tried SEVERAL. I love the length and the volume it gives. If you let each coat dry before applying another, the volume is fantastic. It's so gentle you can't even tell you're wearing anything at all. It's not heavy it doesn't clump. It's also the first mascara I've ever used that didn't smudge all over. I love not having black under my eyes at the end of the day.
I can't say enough good things about it. My eyes have never felt or looked so good and so light. It's a little difficult to apply at first but it gets easier. I would and have recommended it to several friends who bought it and also love it!
The only bad part is that I live hours from the closest Lush store and its so often not available online:(( what do I do then!! Please have it more available online Lush!!!!

I love this mascara. The colour is so deep and amazing. It has a little mascara wand that is perfect for those (like me) who aren't confident applying mascara.

I also like that I can choose how dramatic a look I want. If I want darker, thicker lashes, I just add more light coats. For day to day use, I only use 1 - 2 coats.

Don't try to use one thick coat. It will goop and smudge. It's much more effective with multiple light coats.

This mascara is actually amazing! After years of trying numerous brand name mascaras, this is the best mascara I've tried.
The formula contains jojoba oil, so it actually goes on smooth and leaves your lashes feeling soft, not stiff. Lashes do not clump together, and you do not end up with black smudges or flakes under your eyes as this mascara stays put! I can put this one on in the morning and leave it on all day without worry or need for re-application.
This has quickly become my favourite Lush product (and trust me, I've tried them all), and I don't think I'll be looking for a new mascara any time soon. The price may seem high for some who are used to using drugstore products, but I went from a $30 mascara to this one so it actually saves me a bit of money. Plus, its worth the extra money to know that you're using a product which contains fewer toxins, and is not tested on animals.

As a mascara this completely fails. It barely lengths and basically just colors them...its also kinda messy and hard to get off. Then theres the fact that its not waterproof.

But I have noticed something, my eyelashes have actually grown and thickened since I started using it. I was one of those little girls who had urges to pluck out her eyelashes...this lasted somewhat into my teens and many times...I had no eyelashes at all. Over time this made them grow super slowly to the point they'd just stop and split off.

With this mascara I've noticed them growing again and I can say this is probably something I'll never stop using. I just put regular mascara overtop and it keeps working.

On another note I really like how short the brush is, the wand always got in the way for me.

I have very sensitive eyes. In the past I couldn't wait to get home from work and remove my mascara, my eyes would be burning! Yes I only bought countless "hypoallergenic" mascaras labelled for sensitive eyes but Lush's Eyes Right is the only product that has been true to it's claims. Wholeheartedly recommending this product as the best on the market!

As the title suggests, there are a few things that I feel could be improved upon with this mascara. I find the biggest challenge is the very small wand - I have almost dropped the mascara wand as it is so tiny! (I have tiny hands too). I have at times smudged the mascara onto the sides of my face. I did not smudge it today as I learned the trick in applying it (inside lashes first, then outside lashes).

For the pros: the mascara does not clump at all, even with mutiple coats. However it does not seem to build volume as nicely as some other mascaras I have tried. It lengthens okay and defines the lashes. I do not find it irritating to my eyes at all - good for sensitiive eyes. The fact that you get 5 ml of product is great too - way more economical than most mascaras out there!

Overall the mascara is okay. It would be good to travel with as a 'back-up' mascara, however it will not be my go-to product.

I have really sensitive skin and my eyes irritate easily. This is a very nice and gentle mascara, however very difficult to use with the very short wand... therefor you have to be extra careful when applying it, or you will easily be wearing a messy mascara due to smudging and clumping. I wont be purchasing this again, unless they make the wand more efficient...

This is, hands down, the God send of mascaras for so many reasons. As a girl who won't leave the house without coated lashes, I've found so many in the past to make them shed like crazy due to chemical ingredients. Not only is this mascara good for your lashes, it coats them beautifully and doesn't budge all day! To top off the amazing quality, the bottle is enormous and lasts a long time. For me, a tube of mascara usually dries out within 3 weeks. I've had my Lush mascara for over a month now, and it's as fresh as it was the day I bought it. So for those who complain that the price is high, think again... You are getting your money's worth in more ways than one. Now I can coat my lashes without poisoning them. This is a must-have, ladies!

First off, let me say that I am very anti mascara because all of the ones I've tried have either been a)clumpy, nasty, stinging or b)tested on animals.

Of course I was gutted when I saw it was out of stock online so when I was close to a Lush I bought this without question, confident that it would work.

I was right. This works. WELLLLL. There is ZERO clumping even after the 4th application. It stays on your lashes and doesn't give you that black under your lower lid (and just to test it out, I slept with it on my eyelashes). One application is plenty to thicken up your lashes, but 4 makes it even better. It is SUPER easy to take off and it doesn't take your eyelashes with it.

ANDD BONUS!! NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS!

I would see past the price tag, because this tiny bottle is worth every single penny if you are like me and in search of the perfect mascara. Well, search is over for me ;)

I love this mascara! It's really wet - it literally feels like you're painting it on your eyelashes. The first few times I used it I got mascara all over my eyelids and had to use a cotton swab to clean up the mess. It just takes a little getting use to!

Also the little brush that it comes with can make it awkward. If it bothers you, simply buy one of those cheapo wands from a drugstore so you have some length.

I really love this mascara! It's super buildable and you can range from some natural colour to really intense lashes.

Really easy to clean off too! You don't have to scrub at your eyes like some harsh chemical mascaras.

Great they made a gentle mascara but it tends to bleed a little as you wear it and once its on your skin its hard to get off.
I'm not crazy on the packaging, there isn't enough of a handle to hold on too and the cap is in the way when applying it.
Not sure if I'll buy it again its gentle and natural looking but after a few hours I have black under my eyes and it wont come off.

I'm giving this product 3 stars for the fact that it only has 1 preservative in it. I normally LOVE all the products Lush makes, in fact I'm always buying something. I love their liquid lipsticks as the color and texture are lovely.

However when it comes to this mascara, I was so excited, but when I tried it out, I was not impressed at all. It states on the bottle to apply 4-5 coats for a more dramatic effect. I kept applying and reapplying the mascara and it only looked like I had one thin coat on my lashes. Perhaps I got a random bottle that was a little off? I don't know, but my experience wasn't like the other people who have commented about this mascara.

If you are looking for a very natural mascara to add some color and nothing else, this would be the one for you.

I am also unimpressed with the short wand! It's challenging to use...it's so small!

I'm thrilled with the way this mascara stays put and doesn't clump! I have really long lashes, however they are blonde so masacara is my #1 must use product. I love the fact that it's gentle, and even though I've laughed until I cried today, it hasn't smuged! Great product. This will definitely be in my beauty regime from now on.

I use this everyday and my eyelashes look amazing. I get people saying how long my eyelashes look and how pretty they are when I wear it. It's a very natural beautiful look that I have been searching for!! Also I've noticed that my eyelashes don't feel heavy while im wearing it. It's like i'm not wearing any make up at all. Great for work time and if you're going out just add more layers of it on. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product.
