I was skeptical about a lipstick in what looks like an eyedropper. I've been a MAC addict for my whole life but find their lipsticks can be drying.
I went to Lush (Eaton's Centre) during the Fresh Sakes sale and one of the girls raved about how nice this colour was and how easy it was to apply.So I took a chance.
It's AMAZING. It's the perfect pin-up blue-tone red. It suits my fair skin AND would suit anyone (warm or cool toned, dark or light). It's very moisturizing, especially good during these winter months. And it's very easy to apply with the lipgloss applicator. It dries a gorgeous, highly-pigmented matte red. Not too showy for daytime and definitely bold enough for night. I can't believe I've found the perfect red lippie!

I love, love, love this color! It's a perfect bold red, and looks great on my super fair skin. It doesn't irritate my lips at all, which is usually a problem with most lip colors and balms as I have really sensitive skin.
I'd give it 5 stars, except it is rather messy and you have to be careful when layering it with other balms. On the flip side, a little goes a long way, and it does a great job of staining your lips so the color lasts an incredibly long time.

I love the color, one of my favorites. It goes well with my bright red hair. However I find that it is a bit messy. Just the slight touch of the tip of my nail against the color and it comes away wearing my lipstick. It is long lasting though, I just have to be careful not to use a lot.

I've been on the hunt for the perfect "Black Girl Friendly" red lipstick for my whole life it seems. When I found out about Lush's liquid lipsticks, I was skeptical until I went into my local shop and tried it on. Somehow I managed to resist shouting SHUT UP AND TAKE ALL MY MONEY! at the sales associate, but to say that I'm happy with the colour is the understatement of the year.
The only downside is you have to be really careful with applying because it can go on quite thick. Perfect if you like a super strong lip like I do, but it's something to be aware of, especially in the stronger colours.
It's super emollient, and my lips feel very moisturized and smooth, not at all chalky or dry. Lush has really hit it out of the park with this one.
