Q:Sorry, I hope this doesn't sound ignorant. The product label says it is made with "stout" but I'm not sure I see this in the ingredients list... I see cognac oil and yeast, but how does stout make its way in?Asked on 12/10/2013 by Momo from Toronto, ON
A:Perhaps it was overlooked, but the number one ingredient in this shampoo is Irish Stout (Beer) and this is where it gets its name from.Answered on 2/26/2014 by Kendra M from LUSH Direct
Q:Is it normal for this particular shampoo to be very "liquidy"? Compared to I Love Juicy, Rehab and the shower gels I find it quite easily slips through my fingers. The result is still nice of course, but the consistency is quite watery and I'm not loving it! I'm wondering if this is normal? Thanks.Asked on 6/19/2012 by Bri from Ottawa, ON
A:As this is the only Lush shampoo I have used, I can't speak for it in comparison to the others. However, I did find it more liquidy that most every other shampoo I've used.Answered on 10/22/2012 by Leighanna from Edmonton, AB
A:Cynthia Sylvia Stout does tend to have a thinner consistency than some of our other shampoos simply due to the ingredients that it contains. It will definitely still give you the benefits, it just has a little thinner of a texture.Answered on 10/27/2012 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
