This might be my favourite Lush product! I use it as much as I can because I'm in love with the smell. It's not as healing and soothing as Dream Cream is and it doesn't do much for my bumpiness on my arms and thighs, but it's a perfect and simple moisturizer. It smells INCREDIBLE. When I wear it, I find my mood even improves because the scent makes me so happy. I didn't care too much about the smell until a Lush employee massaged my hands with it once, and after I got home I couldn't stop smelling my arm. I was amazed with the long-lasting, chocolatey & floral scent. I love Dream Cream, but I find it gets really greasy and Charity Pot isn't greasy at all. It's the perfect consistency, leaving me moisturized without that sticky, residue feel. It also just makes me so happy thinking about how every cent went to charities. My pot has a little owl on it and it's so cute. I seriously recommend this! I'm so glad I finally bought it, I had been pondering it for weeks. Worth the cost 100%.

I bought a bit of this during Christmas time when they had the small pots available. I really like this cream. I am a university student and I like to keep this in my bag because the hand soap on campus dries out my skin. It is initially a little greasy but that doesn't bother me; I am still able to type/write while it is absorbing. Personally, I really like the smell. My nose knows it's an odd smell haha but it still enjoys it. It smells like chocolatey flowers to me. But this cream keeps my hands baby soft and my cuticles in order. Love this product, will probably repurchase unless something else catches my eye at Lush that I want to try!

Love the product, love the idea, and love the smell while it's in the pot or has been on the skin for a while, BUT I really dislike the smell of this product during and just after application. It almost smells like old spicy food. I think a second scent for this product would be awesome, for those who love the idea of the charity pot, but not the smell.

I couldn't resist when I saw a small charity pot at my local LUSH during the holiday season. It had a very pleasant smell, goes on smooth, absorbs quickly, and seems to moisturize my winter dry hands very well.

I love that part of the proceeds goes to charity. I would definitely buy this again.

I have super dry hands to the point they crack and bleed. This stuff has helped a lot. I don't use it all the time because I don't care for the smell. To me it smells mostly of cocoa butter with a weird scent under that. It reminds me of those "unscented" products that still have a smell. It keeps my hands from cracking and smells much better than other products that do what this does for my hands.
It absorbs fast and doesn't get too greasy. It can get greasy if you use too much so I always rub my hands on my elbows after I use it so my hands aren't as slippery. It dries quickly and leaves skin nice and smooth as well as super soft.

I tried some of this is the store and it smelled amazing and moisturized well. I bought the small pot for my roommate who I have for secret santa in my house. I know she will love it because she loves Lush products and it makes me feel good because all of the proceeds go to charity :) I am definitely going back to buy some pots for other Christmas gifts.

This is my first time I'm writing a review and just had to rate this product because it is the best best body lotion I have ever used (and I have tried so many natural/not natural brands). I picked this is up in the smaller size and didn't have any expectations but boy I really fell in love with this stuff. I adore the smell though I'm not sure if I'd describe it as floral — to me it's more like a almond-marzipan-kind-of-scent with a floral twist. The scent might not be for everyone but I love it.
Also, the consistancy is very runny (might suite a pump bottle better than a pot) and not thick like a body butter, but I really like it and prefer the thin, milky lotion. This absorbes quickly and makes my skin feel amazing. Highly recommend it! My search for the perfect body lotion has ended: Charity pot is it!

Today while I was working a Lush Associate came to my kiosk and gave every staff a small box of their popular free samples! Inside this wonderful little box was a small jar of the charity pot lotion!

It was wonderful! Smoothe to the touch and went on nicely! The smell is simple and lovely! I love how little lotion you need in order to have your skin feel alive!

I love all the workers at Lush! They are some of the kindest people I have ever met! Wonderful customer service. They went out of their way to bring my kiosk and our staff a little gift :)

The Charity Pot is definetly going on my next Lush Shopping List!

Charity Pot makes my skin SO soft. And it makes me feel good to know that all of the money went to charity.
I mostly just use it on my legs, because I find that the smell of it can by quite overpowering. A lot of people have told me that it smells quite chocolatey on them, but it smells SO strongly of roses on me, even though there are no roses in it. Luckily I like floral scents. But I do find it a bit overpowering after awhile, and it can give me a headache sometimes. But it makes me skin so amazingly soft that I can get over the strong smell. :)

This smells so delicious!!! It moisturized me nicely, deliciously, and went on nice and smoothly. I wish I could afford it more often...but, sadly, I can't. Great product, for great causes. :)

I bought one of the limited edition Charity pots and my initial reaction was that it was nice and creamy without being too thick, it went on easily without feeling too greasy and it smelled amazing.

The one problem I had with this was that I had an allergic reaction to it. It made my skin red, and it made me itch like no other skin product. I can't narrow down what made me itch, but it is the only lush product to date I have reacted to. I do react to clothing detergents though for a reference to those who do as well, just make sure to test it out at the store. I liked everything else about it otherwise, but I had to give mine away.

I have been searching for years for a moisturizer that is affordable, effective and won't irritate my skin. I have finally found it! Lush's charity pot is completely affordable (all of proceeds go to charity? what more could i ask for?). Also, it moisturizes my skin without leaving any red, itchy bumps. I am thankful that I have finally found the perfect moisturizer, and I couldn't be happier with this product.

I bought this at the counter while checking out and I'm so happy I did. The cream works great! At first when I opened the pot it looked like pudding and had me a little apprehensive, but once I put it on - I fell in love. It leaves my skin soft and moisturized without being greasy. (I found some of the other Lush creams leave my skin oily.) Now I can't say that is perfect, that being because of its unique scent. At first it smells like chocolate pudding, but as it lingers the scent turns into what a friend described as "savory." I think it smells a little like veggie-meatballs in gravy. However the effect it has on my skin and the proceeds that go to help make the world a better place far outweigh the scent-issue in my book! Love it!

So I thought I'd try a lush lotion and this came in a small budget friendly size so I gave it a shot. I ordered online so I had not smelled it.

The consistancey is neither thick nor especially runny and is greasey.

It doesn't smell like chocolate at all to me. And I can't say it smells like flowers either, at least no flower I'd imagine anyone would want to smell like. I can't describe the smell as anything but BAD. I don't like to waste my money so I use it before bed so I'm not awake to smell it for very long.

I think I'd rather just donate $5 to a charity than have another pot of this, it annoys me that I feel like I'm being punished for supporting a cause... It might seem a little mellow dramatic, but I've really never bought any type of product and been this put off by its smell.

I have never liked the smell of this cream before, but always wanted to buy it because the money goes for great causes. Today, when I was at the store I thought '' I am going to smell it again and will see''. Didn't liked it... The SA told me that it's a kind of a smell that grows on you, so I gave it a try and I am so happy because it's smell so different when on your skin. I loooove it now. Next time, I will buy the bigger size for sure. I find this cream very light and very moisturizing. Fantastic!

I got this gifted to me for Christmas 3 years ago and while I liked the scent I don't traditionally use cream lotions. Then one day I was looking for some facial lotion and could not find any, so I used this instead. Well I'll be, Charity Pot is literally the first facial lotion I am 100% satisfied with. Most leave my face feeling a bit greasy, or do not moisturize enough. This one was perfect. Added bonus is obviously the charity donation from every purchase.

When I went into my usual Lush store on Boxing Day to get all the goodies I'd need for the next month or two I saw a small tub of this at the checkout and had to buy it because I love the idea of charity and wasn't sure if I was ok with spending [$] on the large pot in case I didn't like it...ever since then I have used this cream on my extremely dry arms and legs after my morning shower...it has been extremely beneficial in preventing the itchiness that I am so used to in the winter months...however, it has the most bizarre smell...I can't put my finger on what that smell is but luckily it doesn't seem to linger on my skin for too long...still, every morning I continue to put it on hoping that the smell will be different and it never is haha...regardless, I will probably be buying another pot of it and just suck up the fact that it smells weird

I had always seen Charity pot online but never knew what it smelled like until I broke down and ordered one. At first I thought it was the grossest smell there was, but since I paid over $20 for it, I was going to use it *lol* Now, If I don't use it daily I miss the smell. I'm hooked, it's delicious!
