When I tried Banana Moon. It easily became a family favorite. I tried it first and found it not to lather really well but moisturized and and smelled amazing. Like wrapping yourself in and smoothy. My skin just loved this soap. My children tried it and love it. Just what we needed after a long winter :)

Ok so this soap does NOT smell like old socks or rotten bananas or anything like that. I would agree with the comment saying that it smells like banana bread but spicier. Don't be afraid to try it I did at first and I have no regrets. The soap is actually quite soft for your hands it's creamy and I just love it :)

The smell of this is just unbearable. It smells like a sour old banana. I opened it and set it down, then I smelled something around me, and could not figure out what smelled so bad, until I found out it was the soap. I love lush, but this is REALLY bad.

Not at all what I was expecting... I love the real smell of this fruit, like in Sympathy for the skin. This soap to me smells like green banana peel and banana candies. To this day, it's the only thing that I dislike from LUSH; sorry LUSH. But I have to say that I usually go in the store to buy and this one was ordered online so no more online for me.

When I first got the soap, I absolutely disliked the smell. It didn't smell like bananas to me at all. I let it sit out for a day. When I picked it up and touched it, it smelt so good. I also enjoyed the feel of it.

I was really hoping that this soap would NOT smell like fake candy banana's however...I found it to smell like the rotten banana I pulled out of my kids school bag just last week. Must say for me Lush missed the mark on this one. My husband even said that it smelt like someone just ran fifteen miles and used the inside of the sneaker to mash the banana. He normally loves all of Lush smells! Oh well on to try something else now!

If you are expecting a sweet, banana bread smell, you won't get it. Its a bit spicier than that, but still a nice smell. For me however, it was just okay. Nothing special. It works well as a soap, but is not 'flashy'. My skin felt nourished after using it. Not a favorite of mine so I gave it to a crunchy-granola-hippie friend of mine and she LOVED it.

It smells a little odd but I like weird things. It's sort of a spicy, herbal, & floral banana scent. I think some people were disappointed because they were expecting it to smell like super sweet fake banana candy. This soap is very moisturizing and is gentle on my dry & sensitive hands. I find myself sniffing my skin after I wash because I love the scent so much. Love this product!
