Back for Breakfast is the ultimate good-morning-sunshine treat. All that citrus really brightens your skin and mood; it smells like a bright lemon lolly pop to me! Then Lush throws in a dollop of honey and you've got some moisture and sweetness to last the day.
When I'm feeling extra groggy I wash with BfB to perk up my senses and wake up my skin, then follow up with the coffee-lime-chocolate blast of Sonic Death Monkey for maximum revitalization. I also find BfB fantastic to drizzle into a handful of Rub Rub Rub for some good exfoliation on the side :)
On a technical note, I find that I get a really rich lather without using too much product which is a bonus

I bought back to breakfast because I heard it smells like sexy peel which I love. It does smell exactly like sexy peel, although I found that the smell does not linger for very long (or maybe I just get used to the smell). I do love this shower gel, it smells awesome in the shower. But if you want the smell to linger for a while I'd probably choose something else.
Although there have been previous reviews saying that the smell is long lasting, it's very possible my batch was one that wasn't.

With a shower puff. Not in hair, too many great shampoos, but it's brighter and fresher than happy hippy. Nicest way to start the day with such a strong scent.
