I just bought some cleanser last week and when I used it I noticed a very powerful smell that I didn't notice in the store. It was a strong sent of seaweed (which would make sense) and vinegar or bleach? It was very off putting. So much so that it makes it difficult to use. I'm wondering if I got a bad batch? (I love big blue bath bomb and Seanik, so the seaweed shouldn't bother me that much?)Asked on 6/22/2015 by Gen from Ottawa, On
A:We use fresh seaweed in this product, which can have sometimes have a stronger smell depending on the particular batch. As long as you use your product before the best before date, it should be more than fine to use.Answered on 6/25/2015 by Haley from Lush Direct
A:I have noticed that same thing with a few batches if the marina. I think it
is simply the difference in the seaweed, some is stronger than others. If
you chill it in the fridge it will help the smell. It's not bad, just a
pungent batch.Answered on 6/22/2015 by Anonymous
What is the difference with this one and Fresh Pharmacy? I have hormonal acne (chin, jaw, neck) but with combination, dehydrated and sensitive skin (rosacea on the cheeks). Which one would suit me the best?

A:Fresh Farmacy is more effective at treating acne, but both are great for sensitive skin!Answered on 4/3/2015 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
I was just wondering how should I keep this face product? Do I keep it in the fridge or at room temp. in a dry place? As well how long does this product last before going bad?

A:Aqua Marina has a shelf-life of three months, and is best kept in a dry, cool place. Make sure to be careful when you take some out, not to introduce additional water to the pot, as it doesn't contain any preservatives.Answered on 8/28/2012 by Megan from LUSH Direct
