i honestly love using every single lush product no matter what. i use the big shampoo 1 a week because i find it can be very drying to my hair. i use the rehab shampoo 1 or 2 a week because again it can be very drying and i hate when my hair feels drying because i don't know something about me i cant stand it and the jumping Jupiter bar i honestly haven't tried out but i got a sample of it and i found it is very good and that it is good to use 1 a week than that takes us up to 4 days than the 3 spare days i use there no drought dry shampoo and that works amazing. there american cream conditioner i use 4 times a week so basically whenever i wanna wash my hair. every time i order off line i had GREAT LUCK and i am very satisfied with how things worked out.

I use this product when i wash my hair every other day, and its amazing! it smells so great, and gives my hair a soft and healthy look! I have EXTREMELY long hair, and the ends are rather dry and this conditioner gives it moisture and a great smell which lasts all day!
I was a little hesitant at first, but I am completely in love with this conditioner now!
I recommend trying the smallest size first till you figure out if your hair reacts well!
I will be buying the largest size once my travel size is done!

This was my very first Lush Conditioner I ever used and it was one that made me want to see what else Lush had to offer several years ago.

For my hair it is a little too light so I use it in my in between washes when I don't want to shampoo, and want to mix it up and don't want to use something heavy like Retread or Happy Happy Joy Joy. The smell alone will always make me come back <3 lol

This conditioner smells great and is the most moisturizing in the Lush range. Great that its preservative free. It leaves my hair soft and silky. I have only one problem with the conditioner, its a little light for my curly hair. I have to use more of the product to get the best results.

This is the first conditioner I have used from lush, and it's a great one to start with. The best thing is that it smells DELICIOUS. With that being said though, I am going to try different lush conditioners as I have found this one is a tad too light for my hair. I would recommend this conditioner for those with fairly straight and finer hair.

plain and simple - this made my already dry ends even drier. i take great care of my hair, and dryness at the ends is my only concern. i wanted a conditioner to merely add some moisture back into my dry ends, this conditioner did the opposite. i am very dissapointed. i now have a huge bottle that i don't even want to give to a friend.

I really really wanted this product to work because it SMELLS. SO. GOOD. The smell almost makes it worth the price I paid for it. Luckily, I bought the small bottle just to try it out because if I bought anything bigger I would have felt totally ripped off. I have thin and dry hair, that's pretty long, and it took a lot of this product just to cover my hair! Usually it takes about half of that amount with my previous conditioner (which was a drug store brand.)
It didn't make my hair feel soft while it was wet, but it was quite nice and soft the first day after I used it but now it's back to being dry again.
I plan on using the rest of the bottle because I could honestly bathe in the smell of this product - but I will not be repurchasing.

I first bought this conditioner along with the Cynthia Sylvia Stout shampoo. I bought small bottles of each.

To be honest the first time I tried this conditioner I absolutely hated the smell. I also found that I needed to use a huge amount in order for it to go through my hair, even though I was told by the sales associate that I would only need to use a small amount. I have chin length, curly hair.

I went back and explained how much I was having to use. She recommended that, after I'd shampooed my hair, I wring out as much of the water as I could and then apply the conditioner. Boy did that work! I now use a pea sized amount, and have been using it for months. I've even started to like the smell :)

Ever since using the combination of Cynthia Sylvia and American Cream my hair has been SO soft and healthy. At work I've been nick-named "Baby Hair" and people are always touching it.

I would whole-heartedly recommend this product! Stick with it if you don't like smell...it really does grow on you :)

I have very curly and dry hair which needs an intense conditioner. What I love about American Cream is that it isn't greasy and I don't need to use a lot for my hair to be feeling healthy after. It also smells really great!

I started using this product about a month ago and I can't say enough great things about it! I'm not big on perfumy smells, and the scent of this product is not overwhelming at all, yet lasts for days after using it. If you have oily hair, I recommend using it only on hair ends and up to the crown of the head, so a little bit goes a long way. A Lush customer service rep recommended that conditioner does not need to be applied on the scalp at every use since the scalp produces its own oil. I tried this and I can notice a big difference and only need to wash my hair once a week!

I wanted to love this, I really did. However, after using it only twice, I knew I hated this conditioner. Not only did it really not do anything to hair, it smells like baby powder and chemicals. Too light for my thick hair!

THE BEST CONDITIONER EVER. I absolutely LOVE this product. I have been using it for a few weeks now and its been better each time. The first time I used it I was a little nervous because I had been used to conditioners that left a residue in my hair that made it feel "soft", and this conditioner didn't. After it dried, my hair was soft, shiny, and smelled great. Personally, I like the smell. It does smell like a strawberry vanilla milkshake. But really do make sure you absolutely love the smell because it does linger for at least two days. I use this together with Godiva or Rehab, and together they have made my hair much healthier and much more shiny. I will never use another conditioner.

Over the summer I went out west where it is really dry air. My hair had a really bad reaction and was straw like by the time I returned home. I have been using this product for over a month now, and I love the results. My hair fells more natural and not like straw and I love the smell. I actually had a friend comment that my hair smelt good and that was several hours after I had showered. I would recommend really making sure this is out of your hair before getting out of the shower because I find it is easily missed, and then you have a greasy fell in your hair.

At first, I hated the smell and the way it just didn't seem to saturate the hair. The smell has really grown on me, I really love it. However, I still hate how it doesn't really saturate the hair unless you use a very generous amount. I wish the big bottle was about $10 cheaper then I'd be more willing to buy it, frequently, because I'm forced to use a lot just to fully saturate. Either way I'm giving it a good 4 stars because it still smells lovely and makes my hair super soft!

I have hair that's pretty dry and damaged from coloring, lots of fine hair so sort of in between fine and thick hair and shoulder length. I think maybe for someone with healthier or less dry hair this conditioner would work better.

I first got this conditioner because Jungle wasn't quite moisturizing enough for me. Like other people have said, my hair didn't feel soft at all when wet but then felt really amazing when it dried. That was the first time I used it. I then forgot it at a friend's house and didn't use it again until about a month later. Unfortunately for some reason it never made my hair feel that soft again :( I have to use argan oil in my hair to get a brush through it, it doesn't detangle very well. I also have to use a whole handful on my shoulder length and medium thickness hair which I think is also kind of crazy, it feels really thin in consistency and doesn't cover that well on my hair. If I was still getting the results I got when I used it the first time I'd probably buy it again but having to use so much of it for just "meh" results isn't worth it. Maybe if you have undamaged hair it would work better? I was even using it with Godiva which is supposedly a 2-1 (though definitely not for me). Dunno, the smell is amazing though.

I bought this to use along with the Karma Karma solid shampoo.

I find that it doesn't feel like it does much while my hair is wet (both while in and after it's rinsed out), but when my hair is finally dry (after having a heck of a time raking through tangly wet hair), it is quite nice.

The smell is strange. I don't find it smells like strawberries OR vanilla.. And I find that I need a styling serum to actually get a brush through my hair after using this. But my hair is super shiny, soft, and manageable (when dry), so I will likely keep using this.

One thing I will mention is that I find I have to use a LOT of conditioner to get decent coverage on my hair (which is quite long), which is a downside, as it's quite expensive.

Oh man, I am in love with this product!!
It is always my first choice when thinking about a conditioner. It made my hair shiner and softer and I keep smelling my hair all day!
It has a very sweet smell, so if you don't like that, then I don't think this product is right for you.
When I first put it on in the shower, if felt like it wasn't conditioning that much. However, when I got out, I was presently surprised that my hair was SOOO soft and smelled great! Also, the smell lingered in the bathroom, which is great because I love it. I use it everyday and will not go back to the other store bought conditioners, they are just not the same.
If you get American Cream, you will not be disappointed!!

i expected to smell like the massage bar strawberry field forever, but it doesn't. it smells exactly like shimmy shimmy, a very soft and creamy vanilla scent. the smell does stay on my hair until i wash it again so if you don't like the smell, i do not reconmand it. it makes my hair soft and smooth. but the texture is too light. it is just a decent conditoner.

I really love Retread but I thought I'd experiment. My daughter and I both have curly hair and this conditioner seems to add shine and define our ringlets while keeping things a less frizzy up on our crowns.
